01. Self Awareness
Know how you're really showing up. Learn to catch the moment between reactive and responsive, and read the physical, emotional and spiritual signals you've been talking yourself out of. Self awareness is what unlocks self belief.
02. Clarity
Cut through the noise to the truth of your reality, and accept it, whether you like it or not. Clarity is a resource. It's how you identify what's actually driving the patterns you keep repeating.
03. Ownership
Step out of the victim and the martyr. Observe your story from the outside, without shame, and take responsibility from a place of self love and clear boundaries, not blame. This is where the power shifts back to you.
04. Make a Decision
Victim or genius: the choice runs deeper than it sounds. Change the thought, and you change the belief; change the belief, and you change the behaviour; change the behaviour, and you change the outcome. You become the one creating it.
05. Take Action
Trust yourself enough to make your decisions real. Sometimes taking action is simply getting out of your own way. This is where insight becomes a different life.
