Defective or Flawed Products
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If your book arrives with a manufacturing defect or flaw, you are entitled to an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt).
- You must notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item.
Refund Process
If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected. If your request is approved, we will either send a replacement product or process your refund to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved due to a manufacturing flaw, you may be required to send the product to 28/448 Oxley Avenue, Redcliffe QLD 4020.
